Sabrina Lynn Thomas (Sam, B, Brina) age 21, passed away on May 16, 2019, in a tragic car accident.

Sabrina was born on Feb. 15, 1998, in Sonora. Born and raised in Tuolumne County she attended Summerville Elementary, Curtis Creek Elementary, Sonora High, and graduated Summerville High in 2016.

Sabrina started out her working career at McDonalds. Followed by the Wildwood Inn, Taco Bell, Carl’s Jr., Cibo Famiglia Restaurant, Black Oak Casino, Applebee’s, and Chicken Ranch Casino. Sabrina was a fun loving, outgoing person who was loved by everyone she met. She would go out of her way to help her family and friends with anything that they needed. Sabrina had a passion for photography and videography. She couldn’t stand for anyone to take her picture (which she got from her Dad), but she was the queen of selfies. From her dad she also got her love and knowledge of cars. With everything she did or tried she always put heart and soul into it.

Sabrina is survived by her mother and stepfather Toni and Billy Sundling of Tuolumne; father Jason Thomas of Sonora and Lauri Bladh of Sonora; siblings Bert and Zach Sundling, William Thomas of Tuolumne, Alex Bladh, and her sister Gabby Bladh of Sonora; uncles Ted Cusack of Columbia and Ben Lillie of Sonora; aunts Liz Owsley and husband Terry of Jamestown, Myca Evans of Cottonwood, Idaho, Annette Kuusinen and husband Kent from Vernon, Vermont; grandparents Andy Cusack, Gwen Sundling of Tuolumne, and Jim and Mary Lillie of Sonora. As well the Hargis of Tuolumne, the Underwoods, Andersons, Heldstabs, and Ledbetters.

She was preceded in death by her grandmothers Martha Cusack and Dorsey Thomas of Tuolumne. great-grandparents Sedora (Doe) and Ted Shewmake of Tuolumne, Bob Sundling of Angels Camp, Joyce Hansen of Manteca, and Eleanor Lillie of Sonora.

There will be a celebration of life for Sabrina from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. June 8, 2019, in the Banquet Hall at The Hotel at Black Oak Casino Resort, 19398 Tuolumne Road North, Tuolumne, CA 95379.
