Summerville High School has extra law enforcement patrols this morning after a threat was received saying there would be a shooting at a Summerville High School.

The school is not on lockdown due to the nature of the threat being deemed not credible.

The initial threat was made to a Florida law enforcement agency and the second came from Tulare, according to the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Office.

"We are proceeding very cautiously today and we have several deputies patrolling the campus and our entrances," Superintendent Michael Merrill said.
