The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

9:09 a.m. miscellaneous harassment — A South Barretta Street resident said she received a scam check and now people were calling to harass her.

12:20 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man harassed customers at a Mono Way coffee shop.

1:25 p.m., traffic accidents — A person on South Stewart Street said a vehicle parked out of marked space caused her to hit the side mirror when passing by, which damaged her vehicle.

2:55 p.m., miscellaneous codes — A woman with an open container who appeared to be under the influence walked through a Mono Way business and into a stock room.

11:46 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A fight was reported at a South Washington Street bar.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

8:17 a.m., Tuolumne — A person on Elm Avenue said he was contacted over the weekend by a man who said he crashed his quad nearby and he was concerned the man may be wanted.

11:14 a.m., Columbia — A person on Green Street said they were being followed by a punk.

11:17 a.m., Groveland — A suitcase and two backpacks were brought to a ranger station on Highway 120 that were found over an embankment.

2:21 p.m., Sonora — A man was seen curled up in a ball in a ditch on the side of Woodhams Carne Road with a trash bag next to him.

4:04 p.m., Sonora — A Lupine Lane resident said they found their 13-year-old daughter with “a huge bag of marijuana.”

9:52 a.m., Camp Connell — A garbage bin was broken into and garbage was left behind on Sierra Parkway.

6:18 p.m., Valley Springs — A person on Paolini Road made a complaint about a barking dog.

8:29 p.m., Arnold — An arrest was made on a local warrant on Fir Drive.
