9:14 a.m., hazardous situation — A man was seen running on the double yellow lines on Stockton Road and he was determined to be running to his disabled vehicle.

9:26 a.m., theft — A man on Mono Way said a man and woman stole his pitbull puppy.

5:11 p.m., traffic accidents — The driver of a black Jeep Wrangler rear ended a gray Honda Civic on Greenley Road but no one was injured.

7:25 p.m., fraudulent activities — A person on Old Wards Ferry Road said someone opened a credit card account in her name at a home improvement business.

10:12 p.m., public intoxication — A man who appeared to be intoxicated attempted to open the door to a locked Mono Way business multiple times.

10:15 a.m., Mountain Ranch — Nai Lin Saechao, 52, of the 5100 block of Michel Road, was booked on suspicion of keeping a place to sell a controlled substance, planting marijuana and possession of marijuana for sale following an arrest at his home.

10:40 a.m., San Andreas — Nicholas Joseph Allen Frazier, 36, of the 400 block of Gold Strike Road, was booked on suspicion of violating the terms of his post release supervision and misdemeanor charges obstructing a peace officer following an arrest on Pop Street.

6:47 p.m., Avery — Sylwia Kmon, 45, of the 4400 block of Moran Road, was booked on suspicion of willful cruelty to a child with possible injury or death following an arrest at her home.
