The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

8:09 a.m., trespass/loiter — A person believed that two people were camping inside of a truck outside of a South Washington Street school, but it was determined they were neighboring business owners preparing to leave town.

9:00 a.m., animal complaints — A cow was loose on train tracks on Calaveras Way and the owner said they would find it and bring it back to the property.

3:43 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A person asked a driver in a Mono Way parking lot to slow down from 15 miles per hour, but the driver stuck his head out the window of the car and started yelling.

6:24 p.m., miscellaneous harassment — A woman on Fairview Lanre said a person was following and stalking her.

6:42 p.m., trespass/loiter — A woman went into the backyard of a Twilight Court resident and used their hose to wash off.

6:59 a.m., Tuolumne — A person on Oak Street said someone washed their 5-year-old daughter’s mouth out with soap last weekend and they believed it was abusive.

9:26 a.m., Sonora — A man stood on Lambert Lake Road and tried to flag down passing cars.

3:53 p.m., Sonora — A Woodhams Carne Road resident was concerned about his identity being stolen because he received letters in the mail about new accounts being opened or trying to be opened in his name.

4:08 p.m., Jamestown — Someone lost a box of bees in the middle of Highway 49.

9:43 p.m., Sonora — A person on Ivy Drive heard two explosions and then saw a large fire.

3:18 a.m., Sonora — Larry Edward Vannatta, 44, of the 2400 block of Arrowhead Street, Copperopolis, was booked on suspicion of obstructing a peace officer with threats or violence, burglary, attempted burglary, battery on a peace officer, committing a felony while on bail and possession of a controlled substance for sale following an arrest on the 20500 block of Nashua Road.

9:55 a.m., Tuolumne — Anthony Marcell Robbins-Wray, 27, of the 2200 block of Tehama Street, Redding, was booked on suspicion of vehicle theft, grand theft, purchase or receipt of a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor charges appropriate lost property following an arrest on Tuolumne Road.

9:56 a.m., Tuolumne — Tiffany Renee Cornell-Hansen, 29, transient, was booked on suspicion of grand theft, theft or extortion of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges appropriating lost property following an arrest on Tuolumne Road.

11:50 a.m., Sonora — Armando James Lama, 36, of the first block of Linoberg Street, was booked on suspicion of lewd or lascivious acts with a child under 14, contact of a minor with intent to commit a sexual offense and abusing or endangering the health of a child following an arrest at his home.

12:03 p.m., Tuolumne — Jason Daniel Cerrutti, 43, of the 800 block of Larkspur Lane, Murphys, was booked on suspicion of attempted burglary, receiving known stolen property and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia and possession of burglary tools following an arrest on Tuolumne Road North.

1:36 p.m., Jamestown — Justin Douglas Broughton, 34, of the 100 block of Main Street, Copperopolis, was booked on suspicion of possession of shuriken following an arrest on Main Street.

8:28 p.m., Sonora — Zoe Le Ann Patane, 41, of the 12700 block of Chukar Circle, was booked on suspicion of burglary and misdemeanor charges giving false identification to a peace officer, petty theft, vandalism with property damage amd battery following an arrest on the 900 block of Cemetery Lane.
