The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

9:35 a.m., parking — A person on North Washington Street and West Dodge Street said there was an ongoing issue with overtime parking.

12:39 p.m., traffic accidents — A person on South Washington Street said a bicyclist ran into the side of his vehicle and left.

12:42 p.m., miscellaneous codes — A man with his pants down urinated on the front door of a Stockton Road business.

1:48 p.m., reckless driving — A vehicle on Mono Way drove erratically then ran a red light on Sanguinetti Road.

5:00 p.m., vandalism, property damage — A person said the tire to their vehicle was punctured while they were parked at a Sanguinetti Road parking lot over the weekend.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

7:52 a.m., Chinese Camp — A man pushing a moped trespassed on Highway 120 property and ran away without his moped when confronted.

10:18 a.m., Long Barn — A man who broke into a Long Barn Road cabin fell asleep and was found by a maid.

2:28 p.m., Sonora — A person driving on Kewin Mill Road said a driver in a blue Saturn passed him on double yellow lines, so then he passed them, but then the Saturn was following his car.

3:06 p.m., Columbia — A person on Columbia College Drive said her roommate took her fan from her bedroom.

7:34 p.m., Columbia — A person on Columbia Village Drive said their neighbors threw trash into his yard, so he threw it back on theirs, but then the neighbors, while intoxicated, yelled at him about it.

1:26 a.m., Jamestown — Danielle Nichole Anderson, 27, of the 1000 block of High Street, Turlock, was booked on suspicion of deceiving with a fake birth certificate and misdemeanor charges driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia following an arrest on Highway 49.

5:50 p.m., Sonora — Aimee Marie Nelson, 38, transient, was booked on suspicion of felony vandalism and battery on a person following an arrest on the 100 block of South Washington Street.

11:52 p.m., Sonora — Cesar Biado Chan, 56, of the 2100 block of Paramount Place, was booked on suspicion of theft or extortion of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges driving with a suspended license following an arrest on Mono Way.

11:55 p.m., Sonora — Sokchean Phe, 32, of the 600 block of Crater Avenue, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of theft or extortion of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance and possession of burglary tools following an arrest on Mono Way.

2:54 a.m., Murphys — People slept in a parking lot on Main Street.

10:13 a.m., Valley Springs — A motorhome was off the road on Butler Lane.

10:52 a.m., Railroad Flat — A car battery was stolen from a Ridge Road property.

12:49 p.m., Hathaway Pines — A person on Candy Rock Road believed a stranger was stealing wood.

2:49 p.m., Glencoe — An occupied car was parked along the side of the road for hours.

10:43 p.m., Angels Camp — Riley Peter Thomas Segale, 24, of the 1000 block of Purdy Road, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, obstructing a peace officer and a misdemeanor probation violation following an arrest on Stockton Road.

1:56 p.m., Valley Springs — Cayrissa Schaeffer, 20, of the 1000 block of Paradise Peak, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury following an arrest on the 1600 block of Highway 12.
