The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY
8:02 a.m., animal complaints — An injured skunk was seen in a Fairview Lane parking lot.

10:09 a.m., threats — A student at a North Washington Street school was believed to have made a threat against a teacher, but an officer determined that the student had not.

10:21 a.m., miscellaneous harassment — A person sent explicit videos of an Elk Drive resident to other people and she felt she was being harassed.

9:07 p.m., public intoxication — A person on Stockton Road staggered while he walked and sat down in front of a business.

11:51 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man yelled racial slurs at a South Washington Street bar and was pinned in the doorway of a nearby business by other patrons.


SATURDAY

12:56 p.m., assault — An intoxicated person with cut marks to the left side of his neck and right hand claimed to have been stabbed at a bar, but an officer was unable to determine where the wounds had occurred.

2:19 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man yelled at someone at a South Washington Street park.

12:28 p.m., reckless driving — A white van passed four vehicles across a double yellow line on Highway 108.

3:51 p.m., animal complaints — A dog at a Sanguinetti Road business attempted to attack a service dog golden retriever.

5:56 p.m., threats — A downstairs resident of a South Barretta Street apartment complex was threatened by a neighbor.

6:12 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man attempted to open a fraudulent account at a Sanguinetti Road business.

7:46 a.m., miscellaneous codes — A Columbia Way resident was angry at her neighbor for having a large amount of garbage all over her property that she believed was causing a health hazard.

7:44 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A hand was sticking out of the trunk of a vehicle parked in a Sanguinetti Road shopping center, but the car owner said it was a Halloween prank.

9:34 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone heard whimpering and yelling in a creek near Woods Creek Drive but an officer determined it was a man and his dog.

9:44 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man fell asleep on a bench outside of a North Stewart Street home.

10:56 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man in vehicle was seen pushing another man on Greenley Road in an attempt to fight.
