The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY
9:57 a.m., sexual assault — A woman drove by a South Stewart Street residence and said an older man in a lawn chair exposed himself to her, but he denied it.

12:32 p.m., animal complaints — An injured deer behind an Orchard Avenue residence ran away from animal control officers.

5:39 p.m., any civil problem — A woman at a Greenley Road apartment complex said that a person films her whenever she leaves her apartment or goes outside.

8:14 p.m., fraudulent activities — A person passed a counterfeit bill at a Sanguinetti Road business.

8:22 p.m., domestic disputes — A man pulled a child and acted violent toward her outside a Sanguinetti Road business.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

8:25 a.m., Sonora — A local resident was concerned that people were living in a burned house and were running a generator that created strong gas fumes.

9:55 a.m., Sonora — Forty to 50 pounds of lead were stolen from a Cordelia Avenue property.

4:06 p.m., Columbia — A man and woman drove through a Parrotts Ferry Road drive-through in a red Hyundai and tried to buy items with seven credit cards with different names on them.

7:18 p.m., Twain Harte — A person on Mount Elizabeth Road said a group of juveniles started a bonfire at a party spot and killed a doe.

9:16 p.m., La Grange — A person saw flashlights at a Barro Court address because they believed a transformer blew due to a marijuana grow.

8:05 p.m., Jamestown — Robbie Hull, 38, of the 10000 block of Pulpit Rock Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury and misdemeanor charges resisting a peace officer and willful cruelty to a child after an arrest at his home.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

1:47 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — An intoxicated man damaged property on Lombardi Drive and was arrested for vandalism.

5:09 p.m., Murphys — A man camped out at a Highway 4 property and was asked to leave by the owner.

8:46 p.m., Valley Springs — A vehicle and items were taken from a Crestview Drive residence.
