The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY
8:26 a.m., parking — A man placed a parking sign on Court Street and told his neighbor he could not park there or his vehicle would be towed.

10:02 a.m., trespass/loiter — A woman went to the bathroom outside at a Lyons Street property.

3:51 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man refused to leave a South Washington Street hotel room after his stay because he said he lost his job and should not have to pay for his room.

7:05 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone went through a vehicle parked on Sylvan Drive that had no windshield and front-end damage.

10:55 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Two people ducked down and attempted to hide from someone near train tracks on Old Wards Ferry Road.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

8:36 a.m., Twain Harte — A person cut garden and irrigation hoses on a Confidence South Fork Road property.

12:01 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — A person cussed at people who answered the phone at a church on Pine Lake Drive.

3:33 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on Highway 108 reported a hit-and-run to her vehicle.

3:47 p.m., Columbia — A person on Gunsight Road West said someone was involved in treason against the United States since 1976 due to an issue with property lines.

8:29 p.m., Tuttletown — Two men and a woman smoked marijuana while fishing from the shore near Reynolds Ferry Road.

9:33 p.m., Tuolumne — Floyd Lee Crow Jr., 37, of American River Drive, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon, evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety, possession of ammunition while prohibited, possession of a concealed weapon and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia after an arrest on the 18200 block of Yosemite Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

6:23 a.m., Glencoe — Gasoline was stolen on Highway 26.

6:59 a.m., Sheep Ranch — People on Cave City Road were involved in a civil issue over a shared easement.

11:24 a.m., San Andreas — Medication was stolen on Gold Court.

1:32 p.m., San Andreas — A person walked along the side of Highway 49.

2:14 p.m., San Andreas — Marijuana was stolen on Marshall Avenue.
