The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

1:47 p.m., burglary — Materials and tiles were stolen from a construction site on Highway 49 over the weekend.

1:52 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman on Shangri-La Lane received a scam phone call from number spoofing to ID of the Sonora Police Department and a man with a heavy accent said she had a warrant for her arrest.

2:33 p.m., theft — A high school aged boy stole juice from a South Washington Street store and struggled with an employee in the parking lot before his arrest.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

8:25 a.m., Jamestown — A dog was on the roof of a Circle Drive residence.

11:02 a.m., Melones — A person dumped a bunch of household garbage into the dumpster at a reservoir campground, causing it to overflow.

12:07 p.m., Jamestown — A person on Highway 108 found a syringe in the bathroom of a gas station.

8:19 p.m., Sonora — A person on Eagle Ridge Lane smelled burning trash.

10:30 p.m., Sonora — A Jamestown Road resident said she locked her brother outside because he was high and brought people over to her house that she did not know.

7:40 p.m., Sonora — Saray Chantal Romo-Ramirez, 21, of the first block of Columbia Way, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury following an arrest at her home.

9:21 p.m., Sonora — Nathan Huston Poe, 29, transient, was booked on suspicion of false impersonation of another and misdemeanor charges possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia following an arrest on the 17900 block of Old Wards Ferry Drive.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

10:10 a.m., West Point — A person on Highway 26 reported that a dog was stolen, but said they did not witness it happen.

2:01 .m., Valley Springs — A handle was broken off of a shed on Daphne Street.

2:38 p.m., Arnold — A man caused a disturbance at a Highway 4 laundromat.

7:59 p.m., Valley Springs — Loose dogs barked in front of a Hartvickson Lane residence.

10:45 a.m., San Andreas — Joseph Alan Kincaid, 38, of the first block of Stanley Road, was booked on suspicion of a felony probation violation following an arrest on Mountain Ranch Road.

2:07 p.m., Railroad Flat — Michael Earl Hayner, 77, of the 2000 block of Prussian Hill Road, Mokelumne Hill, was booked on suspicion of a felony probation violation and misdemeanor charges driving under the influence of any drug following an arrest on Railroad Flat Road.

3:20 p.m., San Andreas — William Allen Wilkerson Jr., 48, of the 6800 block of Fricot City Road, was booked on suspicion of violating the terms of his post-release supervision, inflicting corporal injury, throwing a subject at a vehicle, inflicting corporal injury and misdemeanor charges possession of marijuana over 28.5 grams, possession of a controlled substance and possession of unlawful paraphernalia following an arrest on Calaveritas Road.
