The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

12:02 p.m., traffic accidents — A disabled vehicle caused a hazard at a stoplight on South Washington Street and Highway 108.

3:37 p.m., traffic violations — A person said a vehicle on North Washington Street and East Jackson Street had two small children in the back who were unrestrained.

5:38 p.m., theft — A man stole a backpack and gray sweat pants from a store on Sanguinetti Road.

9:05 p.m., suspicious circumstances — An intoxicated man passed out on the floor of a restaurant on Stockton Road.

8:37 a.m., Sonora — A person at a school on Hidden Valley Road said boys were texting girls and asking for nude photos.

10:58 a.m., Groveland — A person on Highway 120 said the boundary markers on her property had been removed.

6:32 p.m., Sonora — A man was slumped over the steering wheel of a white vehicle parked on the side of Highway 108 at Hess Avenue.

7:31 p.m., Twain Harte — A person on Blue Oak Gulch Road said a 9 year old was attempting to stab them with a fireplace poker.

7:54 p.m., Tuolumne — A person on Tuolumne Road North said a mountain lion passed in front of their vehicle.

TUESDAY

3:13 a.m., Tuolumne — A guest refused to leave a casino on Tuolumne Road North after being cut off from drinking after 2 a.m.

7:17 a.m., Mi Wuk Village —A man on Sugar Pine Road was seen in all camouflage clothing with an orange hat, skateboard and a rifle.

10:12 a.m., Sonora — A drunk man stumbled into a store on Mono Way crying and not making any sense.

5:33 p.m., Sonora — A person on Mount Elizabeth Drive received a call from a man who screamed at her because he thought she was trying to fraudulently solicit money, but it was determined a scammer spoofed a call with her number.

11:26 p.m., Jamestown — An arrest was made after a person at a Highway 108 gas station heard music in a bathroom and said the person who went in wasn’t answering and had been in there for over one and a half hours.

WEDNESDAY

8:06 a.m., Sonora — A person on Lucky Strike Trail believed his neighbor was coming into his home when he was not there because his game console was reconfigured.

8:23 a.m., Twain Harte — A person on Fuller Road said someone threw a rock at their vehicle sometime during the night.

1:06 p.m., Chinese Camp — A woman on Red Hills Road said her neighbors were growing marijuana and the smell was so strong she could not even go outside.

4:49 p.m., Tuolumne — A person on Misty Lane requested more security checks in the area because juveniles were setting up ramps on the hillside and causing it to erode.

11:44 p.m., Groveland — A person on Ferretti Road said she arrived home to find one of her lion statues and some hay from her barn missing.

THURSDAY

7:49 a.m., Jamestown — A man threw rocks at vehicles and at people at a Highway 108 gas station.

8:34 a.m., Sonora — A bear was seen at the edge of a Kewin Mill Road school.

10:06 a.m., Sonora — A person thought they heard someone fall on their back deck and later found two cell phones, an empty prescription bottle, probation paperwork and other items.

8:43 p.m., Soulsbyville — A deer was seen in the middle of the road on Soulsbyville Road.

10:56 p.m., Groveland — A person on Highway 120 requested the assistance of a deputy to investigate a warming fire in the area of a Highway 120 park.

8:04 p.m., Jamestown — Crystal Marie Cervantes, 35, of the 3000 block of Sycamore Avenue, Merced, was booked on suspicion of bringing a controlled substance in prison or jail, grand theft, conspiracy, possession of a concealed weapon and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance and a probation violation following an arrest on Rawhide Road.

8:04 p.m., Jamestown — Charles Robert Chavira, 38, of the first block of West 26th Street, was booked on suspicion of grand theft and criminal conspiracy following an arrest on Rawhide Road.

8:04 p.m., Jamestown — Dawn Marie Dubois, 52, of the 1600 block of Cypress Avenue, Merced, was booked on suspicion of grand theft and conspiracy following an arrest on Rawhide Road.

8:04 p.m., Jamestown — Robert Howard Hayani, 51, of the 4500 block of Assassin Drive, Santa Clara, was booked on suspicion of grand theft and criminal conspiracy following an arrest on Rawhide Road.
