The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

5:49 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A person on North Shepherd Street said an unknown person in an unknown vehicle stopped by their vehicle and lifted up the car cover.

8:32 a.m., trespass/loiter — Two transients slept inside a garage on West Jackson Street.

4:57 p.m., vandalism, property damage — Wires were cut on the driver’s side mirror of a car parked on Pine Street and the mirror was stolen.

10:01 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — Several men fought on Mill Villa Court, but they dispersed before the arrival of officers.

10:47 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A person left some clothes and a Bible on a bench at a Woods Creek Drive park, and a person there believed “someone was trying to set him up.”

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

12:24 a.m., Sonora — A person at a Mono Way mobile home park said someone called her “nasty and not nice words.”

10:39 a.m., Groveland — A Boitano Road North resident found two ejected shell casings on the road near his house from a shotgun and believed he knew was shooting in the area.

3:22 p.m., Tuolumne — A person on Main Street said his friend called 911 because he was extremely drunk and thought it was funny, but there was not an emergency.

9:39 p.m., Soulsbyville — A vehicle went down a hillside on Soulsbyville Road and the airbags were deployed.

11:06 p.m., Columbia — A person at a Broadway Street motel said the rental resident behind them was playing bass music very loud and they wanted it to be turned down.

SATURDAY

8:10 a.m., Columbia — Solar and network equipment was stolen from a business on Marble Quarry Road.

12:09 p.m., Pinecrest — A person on Pinecrest Ramp Road said a man and woman 100 feet beyond the log boom on the lake acted disorderly and harassed children.

2:02 p.m., Jamestown —A person at a Wigwam Road screamed about God and the Devil and fought with her father.

3:24 p.m., Long Barn — A man came into a Highway 108 pizza restaurant on foot with a laceration in his head and asked for a staple gun.

6:30 p.m., Soulsbyville — A woman who may have been drinking was found unconscious on the ground and surrounded by blood in a Willow Springs Drive clubhouse.

8:04 p.m., Jamestown — A man in shorts was seen skipping and swinging a shirt while passing a Highway 108 gas station.

SUNDAY

Yosemite — A person on Hardin Flat Road said a generator and music were too loud in the area and she was willing to sign a complaint to turn it down.

8:25 a.m., Groveland — A person on Hidden Hollow Drive requested the help of poison control because his wife put super glue in her eye instead of eye drops.

11:22 a.m., Sonora — Someone shot an Oxbow Lane North resident’s cat with a 22. caliber gun, but the cat survived the shooting and only lost its right eye.

7:26 p.m., Columbia — A person on North Airport Road said a man attempted to poach a deer in the area, and later a man was seen dressed in camouflage carrying a bow and arrow in a Parrotts Ferry Road Park.

7:49 p.m., Sonora — A person on Lower Hillview Drive said a man in a yellow traffic safety vest took pictures of telephone poles and was followed by a woman in a black SUV.

MONDAY

10:50 a.m., Jamestown — A person riding on a train with her children on Bell Mooney Road said they saw a man masturbating on the side of the tracks.

1:20 p.m., Mi Wuk Village — A person on Kiku Lane said they wanted to report an I.D. theft that occurred two to five years ago.

5:10 p.m., Sonora — A man at a Wards Ferry Road mobile home park went off a hill in a wheelchair into the bushes.

5:45 p.m., Tuolumne — A person on Buchanan Road said she was out with a man who was covered in tattoos and having an extremely bad drug trip.

7:04 p.m., Columbia — A person on Parrotts Ferry Road wanted to report themselves for kicking a drawer belonging to their landlord and breaking it while under the influence of two-way mind control radiation.

TUESDAY

4:21 a.m., Sonora — A person on Jamestown Road said a white sedan circled the block 12 times and then someone ran down the street with a flashlight.

2:15 p.m., Twain Harte — A person at a Highway 108 RV park said a person flipped them off and threw a cup at their car during an act of road rage.

5:06 p.m., Sonora — A person on Longeway Road said a man with a knife chased him down the road.

7:13 p.m., Sonora — A man wearing a beer T-shirt and seated next to two pill bottles rolled up joints in front of a Mono Way fast food restaurant.

11:55 p.m., Columbia — A mom on South Airport Road said her 14-year-old son was not in his room and she did not know where he was.

1:07 a.m., Sonora — Lorraine Marie Giddings, 43, of the 15200 block of Cavaleri Road, was booked following an arrest on Cedar Street.

5:15 p.m., Twain Harte — Alexandra Lynn Colino, 25, of the 12000 block of Columbia College Drive, was booked following an arrest on Highway 108.

9:25 p.m., Sonora — Michael Francis O’Toole, 55, of the 15100 block of Cavaleri Road, was booked following an arrest on South Washington Street.

1:31 a.m., Jamestown — Traci Marie Thompkins, 49, of the 90 block of Baylor Avenue, Turlock, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and additional misdemeanor charges using a controlled substance and driving a vehicle while an addict following an arrest on Highway 49.

12:24 a.m., Sonora — Aaron Thomas Sweet, 27, of the 2000 block of Wylie Drive, Modesto, was booked following an arrest on Mono Way.

11:27 p.m., Twain Harte — Riley Joseph Grace, 25, of the 18300 block of Little Fuller Road, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and additional misdemeanor charges resisting a peace officer following an arrest on Little Fuller Road.

7:02 p.m., Sonora — Matthew Arthur Souza, 36, of the 18800 block of Geer Road, Hilmar, was booked on suspicion of bringing a controlled substance into jail following an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

11:54 p.m., Jamestown — Nathan Adam Orozco, 36, of the 18900 block of North Drive, was booked on suspicion of a felony probation violation and failing to register as a sex offender following an arrest on the 10300 block of Preston Lane.

4:08 p.m., Sonora — Monica Lynn Relaford, 44, of the 1700 block of Holm Avenue, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of evading a peace officer with a wanton disregard for safety, taking a vehicle without a vehicle owners consent, receiving a stolen vehicle and misdemeanor charges resisting a peace officer, driving without a license and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia following an arrest on Serrano Road.

5:00 p.m., Sonora — Gerald Levon Jeffery, 45, of the 17600 block of Rolling Hills Boulevard, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of violating of his post-release community supervision following an arrest on South Washington Street.
