Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

12:12 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man urinated on a truck on Shaws Flat Road then left with three or four women and two men.

2:52 a.m., vandalism, property damage — A windshield on Washington Street was smashed.

5:42 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man wearing shorts and a tee-shirt on his head carried a machete he had just bought from a business on Sanguinetti Road.

6:18 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man slept behind an empty house on Washington Street.

10:30 a.m., traffic violations — A woman on a cell phone almost ran off the road and into other vehicles.

2:08 p.m., burglary — A cell phone and jacket were stolen from a locked vehicle on Sanguinetti Road.

5:20 p.m., theft — Two men stole expired merchandise from a South Washington Street gas station.

Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

12:09 a.m., Columbia — A woman on Highway 49 said she was concerned for her neighbor’s safety because they were using chainsaws in the dark.

5:20 a.m., Sonora — A man slept on the white line on Highway 49.

5:33 a.m., Jamestown — A man inside a sedan appeared to be watching houses on High School Road.

6:35 a.m., Jamestown — A man in a car at a Highway 108 gas station appeared to be having breathing problems.

7:43 a.m., Mi Wuk Village — A neighbor threatened someone on Sierra Park Road over a vacant lot.

11:01 a.m., Jamestown — Someone stole a handheld computer from a delivery truck at a minimart on Victoria Way.

11:09 a.m., Tuolumne — A man outside an office on Pine Street repeatedly took his pants down, attacked a tree and pounded on windows.

10:47 p.m., Sonora — Nicholas Travis Rios, 26, 21400 block Longeway Road, was booked after an arrest on Longeway Road.

Felony

6:49 a.m., Jamestown — Derrick Matthew Delhart, 54. Transient, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance, transporting/selling a controlled substance and committing a felony while on bail after an arrest on Highway 108.

The Calaveras County Sheriff;s Office reported the following:

8:07 a.m., San Andreas — Someone slept in a vehicle on West St. Charles Street.

10:51 a.m., San Andreas — Forgery was reported by someone on East St. Charles Street.

1:03 p.m., Valley Springs — People argued on Nall Street.

7:23 p.m., Burson — Angela Jean Alley, 46, 4200 block Messing Road, Valley Springs, was booked after an arrest on Highway 12.
