The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

FRIDAY

12:54 a.m., threats — An employee at a Greenley Road hospital said the wife of a patient threatened to kill staff if something happened to her husband, who was provided with antibiotics which could cause nausea.

8:17 a.m., fraudulent activities — People attempted to use fraudulent bills at businesses in a Sanguinetti Road shopping center.

8:40 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A person attempted to open the doors to a gym on Stockton Road and was looking around the building.

9:02 p.m., reckless driving — A vehicle drove without headlights and taillights on North Washington Street.

9:42 p.m., traffic accidents — The driver of a blue convertible drove over a person’s foot on Mono Way.

SATURDAY

9:19 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A person on Sanguinetti Road said someone came into her house and stole the box that her cell phone came in, but said she had already removed the phone.

9:31 a.m., fraudulent activities — A person on North Washington Street said money was taken out of his account without authorization.

1:49 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — An argument ensued between a driver and a person with a child in a stroller after the parent and child were almost hit by the driver’s vehicle on Mono Way.

3:36 p.m., vandalism, property damage — A person at a Sanguinetti Road business said someone placed animal feces on her vehicle.

9:41 p.m., weapons violations — Four shots were fired from a handgun during a family dispute behind a hotel on Old Wards Ferry Road.

SUNDAY

12:31 a.m., assault — A man came behind the bar of a South Washington Street restaurant and grabbed a female bartender.

3:53 a.m., suspicious circumstances — An unknown person prowled around vehicle on Hospital Road and looked through the trash.

2:46 p.m., animal complaints — A loose cow was seen on Sanguinetti Road and Old Wards Ferry Road.

3:59 p.m., any civil problem — A woman ordered $67 worth of food at a South Washington Street restaurant and stayed inside the establishment for four hours despite not being able to pay.

8:35 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A person at a Greenley Road apartment complex believed they witnessed a drug deal because he saw a person exchange a bag for money.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

1:46 a.m., Columbia — A person on Columbia Village Drive said her roommate came home very drunk and attempted to choke her.

9:54 a.m., Tuolumne — A man stood in the same spot outside of a Tuolumne Road market for three hours.

3:35 p.m., Jamestown — A Shell Road resident said her neighbor has had raw sewage running down a bank and onto her property for three months.

8:42 p.m., Twain Harte — A person on Sierra Drive heard someone playing horns and drums on Sierra Drive.

9:10 p.m., Sonora — A Highway 49 resident suspected someone was stealing his horses because two geldings went missing in the last month, and because the “leader of the pack” was one of them, he said there was likely not a hole in the fence because all of the other horses would have followed the leader.

SATURDAY

12:40 a.m., Sonora — Someone shattered a large bottle of schnapps on a Tuolumne Road residence.

11:03 a.m., Sonora — A person on Studhorse Flat Road reported a plume of smoke coming from the Angels Camp area, but was notified a training burn was underway.

3:25 p.m., Sonora — A person at a Mono Way arcade and bar left the business and wandered into traffic.

5:20 p.m., Sonora — A person at a Mono Way grocery store confronted a young person stealing from the store, and the person told the employee, “I will come back and shoot you in your head homeboy.”

8:47 p.m., Sonora — A person ran out of the backdoor of a Mono Way store with a bag full of brand-name apparel.

10:24 p.m., Columbia — A person at an Italian Bar Road trailer park said he needed to be transported to the hospital to be rehydrated after drinking alcohol.

SUNDAY

12:07 a.m., Groveland — Two women showed up to a Nob HIll Circle residence with an eight year old child and appeared to be lost.

1:04 a.m., Jamestown — A person on Highway 108 believed three kids were attempting to break into a coffee drive-thru because they were beating the building with sticks.

2:42 p.m., Groveland — A person stole two bottles of alcohol valuing $75 from a Main Street market.

8:44 p.m., Jamestown — A person on O’Byrnes Ferry Road said a man jumped out of a moving vehicle, but the line disconnected before any further information could be obtained.

11:12 p.m., Jamestown — A person on Tulloch Dam Road heard a man say “I’m going to kill you,” saw the silhouette of a rifle or shotgun and then heard the racking of a gun, but did not hear a gun go off or see the culprit.

1:30 a.m., Jamestown — Jose Antonio Campos-Rosas, 29, of the 16500 block of Creekside Drive, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and additional misdemeanor charges evading a peace officer following an arrest on the 18100 block of 7th Avenue.

11:50 p.m., Tuolumne — Michael Patrick Cowley, 57, of the 19100 block of Black Oak Road, was booked following an arrest on Tuolumne Road.

12:16 a.m., Sonora — Jeffrey Neal Faughnan, 61, of the 18400 block of Fifth Avenue, was booked following an arrest on Highway 108.

11:59 p.m., Tuolumne — Christian Anthony Klosowski, 28, of the 18400 block of Rozier Avenue, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence, resisting a peace officer and hit and run with property damage following an arrest on Rozier Avenue.

4:24 a.m., Soulsbyville — Richelle Marie Diaz, 26, of the 22900 block of Joaquin Gully Road, was booked following an arrest on Pokie Drive.

11:04 a.m., Sonora — Katharine Marie Dickens, 31, of the 900 block of East E Street, Oakdale, was booked on suspicion of using unlawful personal identifying information to get credit, second degree burglary, criminal conspiracy and misdemeanor charges possession of burglary tools following an arrest on the 13700 block of Mono Way.

11:04 a.m., Sonora — Casey James Worley, 36, of G Street, Oakdale, was booked on suspicion of unlawfully using personal identifying information to get credit, second degree burglary, criminal conspiracy and misdemeanor charges theft of personal property, possession of burglary tools, possession of controlled substance paraphernalia following an arrest on th 13700 block of Mono Way.

8:28 p.m., Groveland — Clinton Douglas Hart, 29, of the 12400 block of Mills Street, was booked on suspicion of felony vandalism following an arrest at his home.

SATURDAY

3:21 p.m., Sonora — Jason Jerome Peck, 46, of the 17500 block of Scenic Heights Court, was booked on suspicion of attempting to remove a firearm from a peace officer, inflicting corporal injury, obstructing an executive officer and misdemeanor charges injuring a wireless communication device following an arrest on the 17500 block of Scenic Heights Court.

10:14 p.m., Sonora — Joseph Ernie Tarango, 31, of the 300 block of Waterford Avenue, was booked on suspicion of discharging a firearm in a grossly negligent manner and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance without a prescription following an arrest on Stockton Road.

12:03 a.m., Tuolumne — Catherine Lou Klosowski, 25, of the 19300 block of Cherokee Road, was booked on suspicion of obstructing an executive officer and obstructing a peace officer following an arrest on Rozier Avenue.

6:13 p.m., Valley Springs — A donation jar was stolen from a California Street property.
