The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

1:16 a.m., suspicious circumstances — Young women were drinking in a black vehicle outside of a Sanguinetti Road business.

2:47 p.m., assault — A person at a Sanguinetti Road business said someone hit her with a soda can in the back and a man shoved her.

5:06 p.m., fraudulent activities — A woman used a fraudulent bill at a South Washington Street gas station to purchase gas.

8:51 p.m., obstructing justice/resist officer — A man refused to leave a South Washington Street bar and was later arrested.

9:49 p.m., reckless driving — A dark colored motorcycle with a female passenger passed several vehicles and was speeding on South Washington Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

FRIDAY

7:20 a.m., Groveland — A dad and his 15-year-old son on Jackass Ridge Road fought over rocks which the father believed had gold in them.

12:40 p.m., Sonora — Cars swerved to get around debris that a driver on Highway 108 dumped in the road.

10:55 p.m., Columbia — A person on Italian Bar Road said a group of people in four or five vehicles either shot off fireworks or fired a gun into the air.

11:00 p.m., Sonora — A person on Highway 49 was concerned because they said two people were walking with a passed-out baby, but then said everything was OK because the child was getting a piggy-back ride.

SATURDAY

7:05 a.m., Sonora — Mail was scattered throughout the Fir Drive and Mono Way intersection.

10:34 a.m., Sonora — A Nashua Road resident said his neighbor was rolling around and screaming in a gutter.

10:36 a.m., Sonora — A fire was seen on the onramp on Highway 108 above a car dealership.

6:52 p.m., Mi Wuk Village — A person walking his dog on Muheli Road said a man on a black quad swerved at him and then yelled at him.

10:48 p.m., Sonora — A man holding a garbage can over his head screamed and yelled at his neighbors.

SUNDAY

1:24 a.m., Twain Harte — A group of juveniles took vehicles through the forest via Little Fuller Road.

11:04 a.m., Sonora — A person believed a man was attempting to break into a laundry machine at a North Sunshine Road car wash.

6:13 p.m., Sonora — A Stanislaus Court resident saw a man behind his house in a creek, and when he asked the man what he was doing, the man said he was prospecting and had lived in the area for a long time.

10:44 p.m., Sonora — A person at a Greenley Road health center was found to be in possession of drugs and signed herself out of the facility.

MONDAY

1:00 a.m., Jamestown — A Wigwam Road resident said people were outside her home spitting lighter fluid around the base of the house.

10:05 a.m., Twain Harte — While a family emptied volleyball equipment out of a duffel bag at a graduation party on Center Camp Road, a man said he needed something out of the bag, and pulled out a handgun.

4:01 p.m., La Grange — An Enramada Drive resident said people were following her and her phone was tapped, which was affecting her health.

5:40 p.m., Jamestown — A Vista Drive resident said her neighbor had a man on his roof who was blowing debris into her yard, but when she asked the neighbor about it, he said, “so, what’s the problem?”

10:16 p.m., Jamestown — A person said a suspicious RV camper with Pennsylvania plates was parked on Harvard Mine Road and he believed the occupants may be camping there.

4:13 a.m., Columbia — Sean Wesley Berry Kelly, 20, of the 21800 block of Sawmill Flat Road, was booked following an arrest on Sawmill Flat Road.

7:10 p.m., Sonora — Aaron Frank Maes, 52, of the first block of Kim Louise Drive, Campbell, was booked following an arrest on Highway 108.

7:57 p.m., Sonora — Barry Lee Cline, 76, of the 20500 block of Tuttletown Road, was booked following an arrest on Highway 49.

4:48 a.m., Jamestown — Wayne Fritz Eggert III, 31, of the 10500 block of Windmill Lane, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury following an arrest on the 10600 block of Windmill Lane.

11:48 a.m., Jamestown — Robert Lee Graham, 26, of the 2000 block of Cardinal Drive, Ceres, was booked on suspicion of theft or extortion of a motor vehicle and misdemeanor charges resisting a peace officer following an arrest on Highway 108.

12:28 a.m., Jamestown — Roxane Putnam, 41, of the 1300 block of North Beeline Highway, Payson, Arizona, was booked on suspicion of accessing a card without the cardholder’s consent, possession of access card equipment, forging an access card with the intent to defraud, unlawful use of personal identifying information, possession of a blank or unfinished document, forgery and criminal conspiracy following an arrest on the 18400 block of Fifth Avenue.

12:28 a.m., Jamestown — Angelica Mae Silva, 40, of the 1700 block of Bonnie Brae Avenue, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of accessing a card without the cardholders consent, possession of credit card equipment, forging an access card with the intent to defraud, unlawful use of personal identifying information, possessing a blank or unfinished document, forgery, criminal conspiracy and false impersonation of another following an arrest on the 18400 block of Fifth Avenue.

12:29 a.m., Jamestown — Eddie Ray Daken, 44, transient, was booked on suspicion of accessing a card without the cardholders consent, possession of credit card equipment, forging an access card with the intent to defraud, unlawful use of personal identifying information, possessing a blank or unfinished document, altering or forging or falsifying identification, possession of tear gas while a felon and possession of a controlled substance for sale following an arrest on the 18400 block of Fifth Avenue.

9:48 p.m., Sonora — Michelle Lynn Powell, 47, transient, was booked on suspicion of throwing a substance at a vehicle with the intent of causing great bodily injury following an arrest on North Washington Street.

9:48 p.m., Sonora — Christopher John Wilson, 52, unknown address, was booked on suspicion of assault with a deadly weapon and threatening crime with the intent to terrorize following an arrest on Washington Street.

MONDAY

4:20 p.m., Jamestown — Charles Richard Klaas, 56, of the 18900 block of Golden Dove Lane, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, transportation of a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges driving with a suspended license following an arrest at his home.

8:03 p.m., Sonora — Kathleen Lynn Tarter, 60, of the 10000 block of Horseshoe Bend Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury following an arrest at her home.

3:47 a.m., Murphys — A person on Main Street heard a scream they believed came from a mountain lion.

7:22 a.m., Valley Springs — Someone broke into a Main Street yard and took items.

9:41 a.m., San Andreas — An unruly patient caused a disturbance at a Mountain ranch road facility.

3:52 p.m., Arnold — A false alarm sounded at a Blagen Road school.
