The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

12:06 a.m., suspicious circumstances — People tried to break into the back glass window of a Columbia Way residence.

11:39 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A disabled vehicle was parked in front of a Palemone Street residence and a person believed the occupant was watching them.

7:07 p.m., assault — A person on South Washington Street said people were on social media harassing her son about an incident that took place last May.

9:50 p.m., parking — A person on Upper Sunset Drive requested parking enforcement because she believed several cars were causing a hazard.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

4:17 a.m., Sonora — A Beckwith Road resident, who was adamant that they were not crazy, demanded a deputy come help her because someone took her walker.

8:17 a.m., Tuolumne — A person on Tuolumne Road North appeared to be disoriented and asked people for a shirt.

5:43 p.m., Twain Harte — A person on Mountain Misery Road ran over their neighbor’s dog and killed it.

8:00 p.m., Soulsbyville — A person weed-eating at a park on Willow Springs Drive harassed people while he was working.

11:14 p.m., Sonora — A person on Via Serena Road heard three people fighting and speaking with profanities.

3:59 a.m., Jamestown — Daniel Jeffrey Parsons, 39, transient, was booked on suspicion of burglary, stalking and abusing or endangering the health of a child following an arrest on Chabroullian Road.

9:00 a.m., Jamestown — Anatasia Leann Laughlin, 21, of the 2900 block of Alder Creek, Modesto, was booked on suspicion of receiving stolen property and misdemeanor charges obstructing a peace officer following an arrest on the 5100 block of O’Byrnes Ferry Road.

10:07 p.m., Sonora — David Sean Johnson, 37, of Sonora, was booked on suspicion of felony probation violation, possession of ammunition while prohibited and misdemeanor charges disorderly conduct following an arrest on South Shepherd Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

12:41 a.m., Valley Springs — A suspicious vehicle was seen on Hogan Dam Road.

9:14 a.m., Arnold — A storage building on Dunbar Road was broken into.

9:19 a.m., San Andreas — People on Andreas Vista were involved in an argument.

9:19 a.m., Copperopolis — Solar equipment was stolen on Main Street.

2:32 p.m., Railroad Flat — A portable toilet was stolen from South Railroad Flat Road.
