Tuolumne County roads supervisors are planning to close Confidence Road at Sunset Drive for three-and-a-half hours Tuesday morning so workers can remove hazardous trees.

The closure is scheduled from 8:30 a.m. to noon on March 19, said Desiree Crain with the Community Resources Agency. Workers with Left Coast Land Clearing of Sonora will do the tree removal.

Tanya Allen, county roads engineering manager, advises motorists to plan ahead, identify alternate routes, and use them the day of the closure. The intersection of Confidence Road and Sunset Drive is east of Twain Harte on the south side of Highway 108.
