WEDNESDAY

9:39 a.m., suspicious circumstances — Two men were walking around a Mono Way business with a hammer.

1:01 p.m., theft — A man shoplifted from a South Washington street business.

3:07 p.m. trespass/loiter — Evicted residents were believed to be back at a home on Elm Street.

4:15 p.m., controlled substance — An man wearing a flannel jacket was smoking marijuana in front of a South Washington street business.

4:52 p.m., lost, found property — A rainbow coin purse was found at a South Washington street business.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

1:26 a.m., Tuolumne — A female was seen on a Tuolumne Road security video hitting a male.

1:37 a.m., Sonora — A Big Hill Road resident complained his neighbor was in his yard stealing his firewood and yelling profanities at him.

8:44 a.m., Sonora — Dog feces were smeared on the front door of a Big Hill home.

12:24 p.m., Pinecrest — A woman says her boyfriend stole some of her meds.

1:26 p.m., Groveland — A person on Main Street threatened to shoot their coworkers and burn the building down.

2:13 p.m., Jamestown — Neighbors on Golf Links Road were in a verbal dispute over dogs.

2:49 p.m., Jamestown — A man on La Grange Road says his landlord is harassing him and accusing him of stealing his naked lady statue.

4:18 p.m., Groveland — A man caught a person on his surveillance looking into his windows on Ferretti Road.

4:41 p.m., Tuolumne — A vehicle was keyed at an apartment complex on Tuolumne Road.

7:02 p.m., Columbia — A man said his son was not listening to him and challenging him to fight.

8:26 p.m., Sonora — A person was walking in a driving lane at Highway 108 and Washington Street.

9:48 p.m., Jamestown — A man was looking into vehicles on Margaret Drive.

7:30 p.m., Sonora — Paul Leon Marton Jr., 41, of the 1300 block of Bush Street, Angels Camp, was booked after an arrest on Highway 49.

11:08 a.m., Arnold — People were having an argument on Highway 4.

11:20 a.m., San Andreas — People were having an argument on Marshall Road.

11:25 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — A gate opener was stolen on Whiskey Slide Road.
