The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY
3:32 a.m., burglary — A North Arbona Circle residence was broken into overnight.

6:41 a.m., driving under the influence — A person on South Washington Street believed that someone driving in a pest control truck was under the influence of drugs.

9:34 a.m., parking citation — A ticket was issued to a vehicle parked in permit parking only on North Norlin Street.

10:20 a.m., miscellaneous harassment — An East Pasadena Avenue resident received harassing and annoying phone calls.

12:50 p.m., miscellaneous codes — A vehicle with Pennsylvania plates on Mono Way had a drug smoking pipe on the center console.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

7:21 a.m., Sonora — An unknown person broke into the back gate of Mono Way business and stole a battery from a classic pickup truck, a tool bag and an industrial router.

3:10 p.m., Mi Wuk Village — A man and woman drank alcohol in a silver Toyota Camry at a Highway 108 church.

6:12 p.m., Tuolumne — A person on Gerber Road believed there was a bonfire in the area.

9:00 p.m., Columbia — A Parrotts Ferry Road resident believed that her brother in Oregon threatened to harm her if something happened to their hospitalized mother.


TUESDAY

8:45 a.m., Soulsbyville — A person used a “motorized parafoil” and landed near South Mono Vista Road, and a resident wanted to know if that was legal.

12:43 p.m., Tuolumne — Two grams of heroin and foil were found at a Tuolumne Road North casino.

4:29 p.m., Sonora — A Rugged Trail man believed someone was in his attic.

8:12 p.m., Twain Harte — A truck and a 20-foot trailer were off the side of Twain Harte Drive.

7:30 p.m., Jamestown — Cherish C. Bailey, 21, of the 15100 block of Mountain Lily Road, Sonora, was booked following an arrest on Highway 49.

10:52 p.m., Jamestown — Ashley Michelle Vanpetten, 27, of the 1700 block of Ralph Drive, Modesto, was booked following an arrest on Highway 120.

5:30 p.m., Jamestown — Erich Marc Huebner, 48, of the 10500 block of Calamity Jane Drive, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury following an arrest at his home.

3:23 p.m., Tuolumne — Chantelle Tiara Fontana, 30, of the 18600 block of Pine Street, was booked on suspicion of child endangerment and misdemeanor charges possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia following an arrest at her home.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

5:28 a.m., San Andreas — A person on Lewis Avenue acted strangely but was allowed to return home.

12:50 p.m., San Andreas — A storage unit on Highway 49 was burglarized.

12:50 p.m., Arnold — People on Fairway Drive were target shooting, but safely.

1:21 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A package was taken off the porch of a Penny Way resident.

4:57 p.m., Arnold — A person on Bull Wacker Run believed their neighbor’s garage was open for two nights.
