TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

SUNDAY

10:03 a.m., hazardous situation — A tree was down on Fairview Lane and fell across cable wires.

11:50 a.m., any civil problem — A person on Stockton Road requested contact with an officer over a dispute about a coin and what substance it was made of.

12:46 p.m., theft — Two men pushed several shopping carts on Stockton Road, and after an officer contacted them it was agreed that the carts would be returned.

2:11 p.m., lost, found property — A black and metallic striped planner with a bear paw sticker on it was left in ashopping cart at a Sanguinetti Road business, and someone took it.

5:25 p.m., hazardous situation — A person on South Washington Street said they were stuck on a curb and partially blocking traffic, but an officer determined the vehicle was not blocking traffic.

MONDAY

9:24 a.m., hazardous situation — A person on Greenley Road saw raw sewage with toilet paper being dumped out of an older white two-door Ford van that said “Carpet Cleaning” on the outside.

12:29 p.m., vandalism, property damage — An unknown person hit the poles by the white bridge on Southgate Drive over the weekend.

5:09 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A person at a Mono Way veterinary office there to pick up an animal acted intoxicated and was belligerent to staff.

9:32 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — An East Dodge Street resident argued with her roommate after the roommate threatened to harm himself.

9:47 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A person who was acting erratic inside his vehicle in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot got out to walk his dog and met a transient man to possibly conduct a drug transaction.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

SUNDAY

7:51 a.m., Sonora — A Lime Kiln Road resident heard a loud crash and discovered a deer had fallen into her pool. Animal Control was contacted because the deer was swimming in the water and could not get out.

10:56 a.m., Jamestown — A person believed someone in a vehicle on Highway 108 was using a bong.

1:17 p.m., Sonora — A man and woman attempted to push open a door at an Awahanee Road property.

7:15 p.m., Jamestown — A man upstairs above an antique store and a pizza restaurant urinated off his deck before laying down.

10:14 p.m., Pinecrest — A Pinecrest Lake Avenue resident said his girlfriend was drunk and belligerent and he wanted her to leave.

7:51 p.m., Sonora — Mary Elizabeth Booth, 47, of the 23500 of Old Meuli Trail, Twain Harte, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and additional misdemeanor charges child endangerment and driving with license suspended for DUI after an arrest on the 100 block of Dossi Way.

12:18 a.m., Jamestown — Michael Dean Brown, 45, of the 8100 block of Mondo Lane, Oakdale, was booked on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale and criminal conspiracy after an arrest on the 18400 block of Jamestown Road.

2:39 a.m., Jamestown — Jeanine Marie Brown, 48, of the 18400 block of Jamestown Road, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale after an arrest at her home.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

SUNDAY

7:07 a.m., San Andreas — A car on East Saint Charles Street was vandalized.

11:20 a.m., Angels Camp — A man on South Main Street with outstanding local warrants threatened to fight people.

4:39 p.m., Copperopolis — Two adults argued and fought during a child exchange on Reeds Turnpike.

6:21 p.m., Vallecito — “Suspicious lights” were seen on Parrotts Ferry Road.

8:37 p.m., Murphys — A person on Highway 4 alleged that they were the victim of forgery.

7:21 a.m., Wallace — Metal scraps were dumped on Camanche Parkway South.

8:01 a.m., West Point — A lawn mower was stolen from a Timber Lane property.

9:38 a.m., Valley Springs — An altercation was reported on Dunn Road but the subjects left the area before the arrival of deputies.

7:06 p.m., San Andreas — Someone banged on the back door of a Mountain Ranch Road property and then went to the front door.
