The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

WEDNESDAY
10:58 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man was seen dumping his personal trash in a trash bin at a Mono Way business, but an officer determined he was unable to throw away any of his trash.

2:55 p.m., animal complaints — A 12-year old Labrador retriever fell down an embankment on Southgate Drive and firefighters got the dog out.

4:22 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A person on South Shepherd Street saw four men drinking and smoking a substance while driving.

7:45 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A group of two to three men were involved in an argument and fight in a Sanguinetti Road parking lot.

10:19 p.m., any civil problem — A person at a Sanguinetti Road business believed she was being harassed and her “rights were being violated” by the staff.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

10:34 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on Wigwam Road was involved in a dispute with her neighbor about where an appropriate place to park was because she couldn’t get her car out of her house.

12:49 p.m., Soulsbyville — A bald woman on Mono Vista Road only wearing underwear with a blanket wrapped around her lower half was seen walking in a gulley.

4:07 p.m., Twain Harte — A man on Tiffeni Drive walked around with a six pack of beer and talked about “killing everyone.”

7:21 p.m., Sonora — People at a Mono Way business believed someone was parking their car in the lot multiple times over the past week to live there.

12:28 a.m., Tuolumne — Mikaylin Grace Leeds, 18, of the 18200 block of Sleepy Hollow Road, Sonora, was booked following an arrest on Tuolumne Road North.

10:59 p.m., Jamestown — Chance Anthony Ditmars, 25, transient, was booked following an arrest on Golf Links Road.

3:47 p.m., Tuolumne — Daniel Douglas Broadway, 34, of the 300 block of Fairview Lane, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of forgery, unlawful use of personal identifying information, criminal conspiracy and misdemeanor charges receiving known stolen property following an arrest on the 18300 block of Tuolumne Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

4:39 a.m., Valley Springs — Items were taken from inside a locked vehicle on Rose Street.

3:54 p.m., Valley Springs — People were involved in an argument on Siegel Street.

5:01 p.m., Wallace — A person on Turnstone Court received a fraudulent check.

5:57 p.m., Valley Springs — A person on Highway 26 solicited for things.

8:55 p.m., San Andreas — Singing was heard on an open line to 911 calling from West Saint Charles Street.
