The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY
8:30 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man was seen inside a commercial trash bin on Highway 49 eating discarded food.

12”50 p.m., trespass/loiter — A man loitered and drank alcohol outside of a Sanguinetti Road business.

2:51 p.m., animal complaints — A person on Lower Sunset Drive was concerned about her neighbor’s goat, which frequently escapes.

6:05 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman hit the window of a vehicle parked on Truckenmiller Road while a man was passed out inside.

8:45 p.m., animal complaints — Dogs barked for more than 45 minutes at a Stockton Road church.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

1:38 p.m., Jamestown — A mattress was dumped on the side of Sierra Avenue.

6:23 p.m., Sonora — A man was seen between a convenience market and a fast food restaurant with his pants down and vomiting.

8:52 p.m., Sonora — A Shaws Flat Road resident requested a patrol check after a vehicle with an empty trailer parked by a nearby school.

9:12 p.m., La Grange — A man was stuck in the bathroom at a Bonds Flat Road campground while a rattlesnake lay outside the stall door.

11:38 p.m., Sonora — Cori Elizabeth Sanchez, 26, of the 200 block of Skyline Road, Tuolumne, was booked after an arrest on Tuolumne Road.

2:47 a.m., Sonora — Edward K. Skidmore, 50, of Coulterville, was booked on suspicion of transporting a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance for sale after an arrest on Mono Way.

2:54 p.m., Sonora — Brooke Marie Flynn, 26, of the 500 block of Baretta Street, was booked on suspicion of threatening crime with the intent to terrorize and misdemeanor battery after an arrest on Mono Way.

2:54 p.m., Sonora — Justin Robert Flynn, 30, of the 500 block of Barretta Street, was booked on suspicion of threatening crime with the intent to terrorize after an arrest on Mono Way.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY
10:21 a.m., Valley Springs — A camera and equipment were stolen from a Heinemann Drive property.

1:24 a.m., Copperopolis — A person on Reeds Turnpike reported a fraudulent use of a credit card but did not have any financial loss.

4:01 p.m., Valley Springs — Items were taken from an unlocked vehicle on Sequoia Avenue, but the owner was not sure about what was taken.

8:23 p.m., Copperopolis — Citations were issued on Highway 4 for traffic violations and an out-of-county warrant.
