The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY
9:57 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man was asked to leave a church on East Jackson Street and at first refused until he was advised of a complaint.

1:26 p.m., parking citation — A vehicle was parked in permit only parking on North washington Street and was issued a citation.

2:31 p.m.m traffic accidents — A person on North Washington Street witnessed a three-vehicle accident.

8:17 p.m., controlled substances — A small amount of marijuana was found on a juvenile on Southgate Drive.

9:01 p.m., theft — A juvenile stole a bottle of brandy from a Stockton Road business.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

8:45 a.m., Tuolumne — A person in a Tuolumne Road parking lot picked up a baby deer and refused to put it down because the baby deer was hungry.

10:00 a.m., Twain Harte — A person on Little Fuller Road saw an offensive sign on a power pole and demanded that it be removed.

11:33 a.m., Groveland — A man on Pine Mountain Drive said he was setting up a business transaction and was defrauded of $55,000.

3:13 p.m., Sonora — A person doing yard maintenance found a syringe near a fence on Mono Way.

11:17 p.m., Twain Harte — A person on Lark Drive said neighbors were partying, playing loud music, yelling and cursing for three nights in a row.

6:09 p.m., Twain Harte — Darrell Lloyd Pratt, 72, of Twain Harte, was booked following an arrest on Merrill Springs Road.

4:34 a.m., Jamestown — Mark Edward Eisenhut, 58, of Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of infliction of corporal injury following an arrest on the 13800 block of Lake Drive.

12:14 p.m., Sonora — Jason Scott Stevens, 39, of the 20700 block of Lower Hillview Drive, was booked on suspicion of child abuse and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia following an arrest on the 20700 block of Lower Hillview Drive.

12:49 p.m., Sonora — Amy Lynn Kersey, 28, of the 20700 block of Lower Hillview Drive, was booked on suspicion of child abuse and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia following an arrest at her home.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

12:48 a.m., Copperopolis — Bottle rockets were heard on Pheasant Run Drive.

3:53 a.m., Arnold — A man on Flanders Drive yelled for about 10 minutes.

7:32 a.m., Arnold — A man on Grand Tetons Drive was seen walking around barefoot.

11:05 a.m., Mountain Ranch — “Unidentifiable stuff” was found in a tree stump on Michel Road.

1:28 p.m., West Point — A person on Bald Mountain Road believed their Facebook account was hacked.

8:05 p.m., San Andreas — A person on Miller Court found a foreign object inside of a pre-made pie.
