The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY
8:39 a.m., lost, found property — A transient man on South Washington Street had a grocery cart that belonged to a nearby business.

10:44 a.m., public intoxication — A woman lying on the side of Stockton road had seizures and became combative after she was transferred to a nearby hospital.

12:41 p.m., lost, found property — A person reported they lost diamond earrings about one year ago while living on Dragoon Circle.

1:20 p.m., controlled substances — Two men were believed to be smoking marijuana outside of a Hill Street home, but the mother, who said she was with them at the time, said they were only smoking cigarettes.

2:33 p.m., animal complaints — A woman on Sanguinetti Road had a baby deer tied to a rope and dragged it down the street.

3:06 p.m., trespass/loiter — A woman was seen on top of a North Washington Street building with a tablet and phone.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

7:44 a.m., Jamestown — A person on Highway 108 was concerned about a tractor that backed up traffic.

9:53 a.m., Sonora — An Oxbow Lane North resident was threatened by a person who said “you better watch out or your house will burn down next.”

3:29 p.m., Sonora — A person rode a motorcycle around a Phoenix Lake Road property and an annoyed man said “all kids are outlaws.”

5:24 p.m., Sonora — A Nathan Court resident built a dirt bike track around his residence and disturbed neighbors.

10:05 p.m., Tuolumne — People on Main Street screamed profanities, started a fire in a BBQ and a woman yelled for “Cody.”

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

12:14 a.m., Murphys — A verbal disturbance involving marijuana was reported on Log Cabin Drive.

8:38 a.m., Mokelumne Hill — A possible squatter was living in a storage container on Jesus Maria Road.

9:59 a.m., Valley Springs — Money was stolen from a County View Lane property.

1:04 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — An RV was parked in an area that had “No RV Parking” signs.

11:02 p.m., San Andreas — Voices were heard near a creek on West Saint Charles Street.
