The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship of Tuolumne County will meet under the oaks at 10 a.m., Sunday, Sept. 15, at the UUFTC Fellowship House, 19518 Hess Ave., Sonora.
In this annual water communion, the Rev. Sonya Sukalski will discuss “Water’s Inspiration.” All are invited to bring water that is sacred to their lives this past year to be poured into the common bowl. A potluck will follow the service. All are welcome.
The Unitarian Universalist Fellowship meets in Sonora on the first and third Sundays and in Douglas Flat on the second and fourth Sundays.

All Saints Catholic Church will begin an Adult Faith Formation Program on Tuesday, Sept. 17, at the church at the corner of Joaquin Gully and Cherokee Drive in Twain Harte.
Anone curious about the Catholic faith, who is a former Catholic interested in returning, in preparation for First Holy Communion or confirmation, or a practicing Catholic who would like to deepen their knowledge is invited to attend.
The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults will be held at 7 p.m. every Tuesday in the Parish Hall. An optional soup supper will be served at 6 p.m.

The church also will offer a Religious Education Program for Children and Teens from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. every Sunday beginning Sept. 22. The classes are open to children in kindergarten through sixth grade.
Youth Group and Confirmation will begin Oct. 5 and will be held at the same times.

All Saints and St. Joseph’s churches will host the annual Country Festival Saturday, Sept. 21, at All Saints Church, 18674 Cherokee Drive in Twain Harte.
The event will begin with a silent auction starting beginning at noon. A dinner of marinated chicken breast, green bean almandine, salad, mushroom risotto, garlic bread and dessert will be served at 5 p.m. Dinner costs $12 in advance or $15 at the door. Children 12 and younger eat free.
The event will include a raffle drawing for cash prizes, games for children and live music by The Fiddlers.
