The Sonora Elks Lodge in December made its biggest donation to date to Interfaith Community Social Services. The club donated $2,061, six turkeys, one ham and a pallet of canned goods to the organization, which operates a food bank and provides meals to needy families during the holidays. The money and food was donated by members of the Elks Lodge. “We beat what we did last year,” said Elks Lodge member Earl Randall. “Every year we get better and better.” Randall is pictured above with Interfaith Director Cathy Peacock.
