A 50+ minute workout to music, including warm-ups, a mix of quicker and slower dances may include Latin rhythms, bhangra, reggaeton, disco, country, pop and jazz. Ends with standing stretches and slow stretching on mats. A few routines include 1 pound hand weights. Modifications shared to suit your style and fitness level.
