“Brennen Dibble continues to improve weekly and has won his last two tournaments. He is wrestling extremely confident and you can see that in his eyes,” said coach Jordan DePaoli.

Senior Carson Caya also had a good weekend, including a tough matchup with an opponent from Oakdale where Caya was able to close the scoring gap.

“He is our leader in that room and it’s showing on the mat,” DePaoli said. “The entire team wrestled physical and the effort was special to watch.”

Next up for the Bears is the Tim Brown Memorial Invitational Thursday and Friday in Sacramento.
