Playoffs decided

Union Democrat reports

Liberty Rimmer and Grace Davis scored goals Thursday night to help push the Summerville Bears girls’ soccer team into second place in the Mother Lode League and earn a spot in postseason. The Bears beat Argonaut 2-0 at Thorsted Field in Tuolumne. Summerville head coach David Marquez also noted the strong play of Shiloh Quincy in the midfield and defenders Grace Healy, Candace Olsen and Victoria Smith. The Bears will begin playoffs Wednesday but a time and opponent and place are yet to be determined.
