White gold

Union Democrat staff

Dodge Ridge opened Christmas Day this year for the first time since the resort started running its chairlifts in 1950, and is in full gear this season after receiving about three feet of snow in the last three days, said marketing department employee Jeff Hauff. “250-plus staff members went from being office bound to really picking up the pace. Everyone is excited to be open,” Hauff said Thursday. More white goodness looks to be on its way over the next several days. “Storm after storm, from small to large, is lining up for an entire week,” Hauff said. “It’s good for everyone.”
