David Gonzalves (right), director of the Tuolumne Community Resources Agency, and Quincy Yaley (left), the agency's assistant director, explained the reasons they revoked the conditional use permit for Green Works, LLC, a green-waste composting business near Standard. The board reversed the decision at an appeal hearing Tuesday afternoon and gave the owners an additional 45 days to comply with the terms of their development agreement.
