The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

12:15 a.m., trespass/loiter — Over the course of four hours, people from a business on Washington Street reported a man kicking and banging on a door at the business.

5:26 a.m., vehicle theft — A car was stolen sometime during the night on Greenley Road.

11:58 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A gold SUV skidded in the mud and parked for awhile in a driveway on Shaws Flat Road.

4:45 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman with pink hair and a man wearing a black hat were tired from walking up

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

12:47 p.m., Mountain Ranch — A storage unit was broken into on Nikki Trail.

2:50 p.m., Valley Springs — Someone was driving in a threatening manner on Heney Lane.

3:01 p.m., Burson — A vehicle was damaged on Pattison Road.

8:35 p.m., Copperopolis — People were camping in an area not intended for camping on Little John Road/Town Square Road.

2:07 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — Ernestine Viola Bruce, 45, of the 11300 block of Highway 26, Copperopolis, was booked after an arrest on Highway 26.

4:20 p.m., Arnold — Nickolaus Scott Dirickson, 35, of the 4700 block of Quimby Road, San Jose, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse and false imprisonment with violence after an arrest on Country Club Drive.

5:30 p.m., San Andreas — Brandon Louis Shoffner, 24, of the first block West St. Charles Street, was booked on suspicion of felony possessing/owning ammunition while prohibited and felony violation of parole after an arrest at his residence.
