FRIDAY

12:16 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man was parked illegally near a North Washington Street school and may have caused a disturbance across the street.

2:17 p.m., theft — An Elm Street resident believed personal items were stolen from her home during the night.

2:43 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A woman and small child panhandled near a Sanguinetti Road business.

4:29 p.m., animal complaints — A child on Oakside Drive was bitten by a Chihuahua, but the bite did not break the skin.

8:44 a.m., domestic violence — A woman yelled at a man outside a South Washington Street business who attempted to block her way.

10:18 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man with a shopping cart outside of a Mono Way business panhandled and harassed customers when they refused to give him money.

2:58 p.m., unclassified — A man was issued a warning for huffing a substance for over 30 minutes inside the bathroom of a Stockton Road business.

4:24 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A person heard men fighting outside of a Mono Way business.

8:16 p.m., public intoxication — A man yelled in front of South Stewart Street residence. When he was located by an officer, he was on the ground drunk and bleeding.

SUNDAY

3:05 p.m., pedestrian/vehicle checks — A person was issued a warning for smoking marijuana in public outside of a Sanguinetti Road business.

4:07 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man with a tattoo that went from his left ear to his left eye wandered around a Sanguinetti Road lot and looked into vehicles.

4:33 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man in a vehicle parked on East Pasadena Avenue ducked down every time a person passed his car.

6:21 p.m., theft — An employee of a Sanguinetti Road business requested an officer remove a potential shoplifter from the store.

7:53 p.m., trespass/loiter — A person who was previously removed from a South Washington Street bar refused to leave until someone called the police on him.
