The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

THURSDAY

10:05 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man and woman argued near a Stockton Road hotel.

10:39 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man inside or standing near a vehicle on Greenley Road attempted to coerce a child into the vehicle by offering him candy while he walked home from school.

11:55 a.m., reckless driving — A man driving a vehicle with no front license plate drove aggressively behind a person on South Green Street and made obscene gestures.

12:43 p.m., animal complaints — A woman was bitten by

12:43 p.m., animal complaints — A woman was bitten by a stray cat near a Sanguinetti Road business.

3:51 p.m., driving under the influence — An intoxicated woman drove away with a small child on Cabezut Road.

4:20 p.m., accidental injury — A man with a head injury lay in the middle of Gold Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

11:17 a.m., Sonora — A person went behind their Mono Way business and heard a beeping sound from inside a trash bin.

12:06 p.m., Sonora — A man took a girl who was running in the street chasing dogs to her Wasatch Mountain Road home. After no one answered the door, he opened it and saw a woman sleeping on the floor.

2:33 p.m., Sonora — A woman who appeared to be living in her car near Tuolumne Road exited her car without any clothes.

THURSDAY

12:59 a.m., Tuolumne — A woman on Sunrise Drive said a bullet went through her windshield on New Year’s Eve and she later found the slug inside of her car.

1:24 p.m., Groveland — A woman on Merrell Road received a call that said “watch your back.”

2:50 p.m., Sonora — A person saw smoke coming from a backyard on Valley Oak Drive.

8 p.m., Tuolumne — A Carter Street resident said her “crazy” neighbor pounded on her door and threw things at her house because he was on acid, and last time he did this he had a knife and nunchucks in his possession.

9:49 p.m., Groveland — People at a Powderhouse Street residence played loud music and slammed doors.

WEDNESDAY

1:58 a.m., Jamestown — Jason Allen Behrenmeir, 42, of the 3200 block of Vernal Drive, Ceres, was booked after an arrest on Highway 120.

8:49 p.m., Columbia — Daniel Ray Foreman, 50, of the 20500 block of Hazel Avenue, Soulsbyville, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury after an arrest on the 23200 block of Italian Bar Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

THURSDAY

8:25 a.m., West Point — An arrest was made on a local warrant on Highway 26.

9:20 a.m., Wilseyville — People argued on Blagen Boulevard.

3:00 p.m., San Andreas — An arrest was made for a health and safety violation and other charges on Gold Strike Road.

9:38 p.m., Valley Springs — Shots were heard in the area of Buena Vista Court.

THURSDAY

11:15 a.m., Railroad Flat — Michael Ray Miller, 61, of the 10200 block of East Murray Creek Road, Mountain Ranch, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, keeping a place to sell a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and misdemeanor charges possession of marijuana for sale, possession of unlawful paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance after an arrest on the 1400 block of South Railroad Flat Road.

9:10 p.m., West Point — Hannah Nicole Workman, 22, of the 500 block of Smitty Lane, was booked on suspicion of second degree robbery, assault with a deadly weapon and criminal conspiracy after an arrest at her home.
