10:42 a.m., hazardous situation — A transient walked down Snell Street in the middle of the road and made no attempt to get over for passing vehicles.

11:58 a.m., domestic disputes — A man and woman argued at a Greenley Road apartment, causing a dog to bite the man.

12:45 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman was heard saying “Why did you shoot it so hard, you popped my vein,” while behind trash containers on Sanguinetti Road,

3:31 p.m., lost, found property — A hypodermic needle was found on the ground near an Elk Drive building.

4:22 p.m., animal complaints — A person on Sanguinetti Road said birds vomited a green substance in front of a business.
