WEDNESDAY

7:48 a.m., graffiti — Graffiti was located on a utility door on a Morning Star Drive building.

12:08 p.m., lost, found property — A wallet and keys were found in a business mailbox on Woods Creek Drive and a leaf blower was located behind a propane tank.

1:19 p.m., any civil problem — A woman on Snell Street was concerned that her son would not return his deceased father’s birth certificate.

1:48 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Someone defecated all over their clothing and spread feces around a cemetery on Lytton Street.

3:15 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A woman threw bread at a person at a Sanguinetti Road business.

10:00 p.m., controlled substances — A person believed people were smoking marijuana out front of a South Washington Street business on a daily basis, but when an officer saw about 10 people smoking out front of the business, he did not detect the smell of pot.

8:48 p.m., San Andreas — A commercial alarm sounded on East Saint Charles Street and was determined to be a false alarm.

9:03 p.m., San Andreas — A traffic stop on West Saint Charles Street resulted in the issuance of a citation.
