TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

9:55 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man jumped on a retaining wall on North Green Street and grabbed two bricks before proceeding to act like he was about to smash or break into something.

10:16 a.m., theft — A person stole from a Sanguinetti Road business and fled in a vehicle towing a rusty, small, two-wheel style trailer.

12:45 p.m., theft — A package from stolen from the porch of an Elm Street residence.

4:59 p.m., miscellaneous harassment — A person at a Fairview Lane office received three obscene phone calls from a person speaking Spanish.

11:16 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man and woman were heard arguing inside of a South Washington Street hotel.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

5:35 a.m., Jamestown — Drones flew over a Golden Dove Lane residence.

7:04 a.m., Twain Harte — An unknown man with a bloodshot eye and cuts all over his arms attempted to walk into a Manzanita Drive residence because he believed he was going to be murdered.

10:52 a.m., Sonora — A house or camp trailer caught fire at a Lower Hillview Drive residence.

11:51 a.m., Twain Harte — A woman slept on a bench on Meadow Lane for over five days and washed her underwear in the park.

6:41 p.m., Sonora — A 9-year-old boy ran away from a Flora Lane home when his parents told him he couldn’t go trick or treating, but he soon returned.

Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

TUESDAY

3:22 p.m., Sonora — John Richard Kikugawa, 66, of the 21900 block of Red Gulch Road, was booked following an arrest on the 100 block of Stockton Road.

Felony bookings

TUESDAY

11:30 p.m., Twain Harte — Thomas Calestini-Holgerson, 29, of the 22500 block of Twain Harte Drive, was booked on suspicion of felony vandalism and misdemeanor possession of controlled substances without a prescription following an arrest at his home.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

1:41 p.m., Burson — Shots were heard in the area of Brown Lane.

6:10 p.m., Burson — An arrest was made on an out-of-county warrant on Highway 12.

11:04 p.m., San Andreas — Deputies patrolled a bar on Main Street.

TUESDAY

11:00 a.m., Railroad Flat — Gregory Allen Garner, 33, of the 2000 block of Independence Cemetery Road, was booked on suspicion of felony marijuana cultivation, criminal conspiracy, keeping a place to sell a controlled substance and misdemeanor charges marijuana cultivation and possession of marijuana for sale following an arrest at his home.

6:30 p.m., Burson — Shannon Lynn Solar, 41, of Lockford, was booked on suspicion of violating the terms of her post-release community supervision following an arrest on the 3100 block of Highway 12.
