The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

2:36 a.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man claimed he was attacked by two men and one woman in front of a Sanguinetti Road business and one of the men attempted to “choke him out.”

1:53 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man with no shirt and wearing glasses grabbed a woman on Greenley road during an argument.

10:33 p.m., miscellaneous codes — An unknown person threw two bags of garbage over a fence then spread the garbage in front of a South Washington Street business.

11:04 p.m., miscellaneous harassment — A South Washington Street business received 20 phone calls from the same person over a span of 10 minutes.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

8:49 a.m., Groveland — A person on Hells Hollow Road said a marijuana grow was located on a nearby property.

9:26 a.m., La Grange — A Cadena Way resident was defrauded by a scammer after she allowed him access to her computer.

5:47 p.m., Sonora — Three juveniles rode on skateboards on Mono Way.

11:01 p.m., Sonora — A Hess Avenue resident heard buzzing in her room and wanted to know where it was coming from.

8:00 a.m., Jamestown — Andrew Robert Bristow, 38, of the 200 block of Sylvan Road, Sonora, was booked on suspicion of evading a peace officer with wanton disregard for safety and misdemeanor charges driving with a suspended license for DUI after an arrest on Highway 108.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

8:53 a.m., Mountain Ranch — A vehicle was parked off the side of Mountain Ranch Road.

11:23 a.m., Arnold — A door and residence on Manuel Road was damaged.

12:22 p.m., Murphys — A woman on Jones Street paced and talked to herself.

1:14 p.m., San Andreas — A person on Highway 12 said people were picketing in an area where they were not allowed.

3:54 p.m., Valley Springs — A man carrying a tool bag walked around a property on Grouse Drive and asked people questions about the vehicles.
