TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

9:23 a.m., suspicious circumstances — Transients loitered around the entryway to a Stockton Road business and a woman was afraid to go inside.

10:09 a.m., animal complaints — A squirrel was stuck inside a South Washington Street business. A trap was set for it.

6:07 p.m., animal complaints — A large black-and-white pit bull jumped over the fence to a Columbia Way property and acted aggressively toward the resident’s dogs.

6:52 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A person on Stockton Road heard glass breaking then a car alarm sounding.

7:38 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man passed out in the doorway of a Snell Street building.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

8:01 a.m., Jamestown — A person rummaged through storage sheds at a Highway 108 business and the person may have hurt themselves because they left items behind.

8:16 a.m., Jamestown — 20 inch wheels and tires were stolen from a brand new GMC Sierra truck.

8:38 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on Shell Road said that while taking a walk near Table Mountain she found the remains of a party, including evidence of a small fire, a shoe, alcohol bottles, trash and vomit.

10:04 a.m., Sonora — A bag of marijuana was found on Mono Way.

7:01 p.m., Sonora — A person on Phoenix Lake Road threw a lit cigarette out of a car.

TUESDAY

1:11 a.m., Tuolumne — Gerald Ernest Emerson, 84, of the 17200 block of Nile River Drive, Sonora, was booked after an arrest on Bay Street.

6:31 p.m., Jamestown — Jennifer Rose Gonzalez, 37, of the 10600 block of Ninth Avenue, was booked after an arrest on Fifth Avenue.

TUESDAY

4:07 p.m., Sonora — Lynn Leroy Lloyd, 37, of the 18900 block of Golden Dove Lane, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of failing to register as a sex offender after an arrest on the 400 block of South Washington Street.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

10:12 a.m., Copperopolis — A violation of a court order was reported on Aphrodite Court.

11:37 a.m., San Andreas — A man walked in circles on East Saint Charles Street but was gone when deputies arrived.

11:52 a.m., Angels Camp — A water line was broken in front of a Stockton Road business.

12:14 p.m., Angels Camp — A person slept in front of a Deer Creek Drive business.

2:22 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A man at a bus stop on Highway 49 yelled at a bus but did not get on.

3:59 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — A man on Highway 49 talked to himself and looked up at the sky.

10:55 a.m., Vallecito — Misty Gavi, 33, of the 10500 block of Petticoat Junction, Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of elder abuse, injuring power lines, attempting to dissuade a witness, burglary, bringing a controlled substance into jail and misdemeanor charges giving false identification, vandalism, driving with a suspended license, possession of unlawful paraphernalia, failure to appear on a misdemeanor charge, petty theft, battery of elder, destroying and concealing evidence, battery and contempt of court after an arrest on the 4000 block of Main Street.
