2:37 p.m., theft — A woman carrying a backpack with a marijuana logo on it took items from a South Washington Street business and hid in bushes near the farmer’s market parking lot.

10:00 a.m., West Point — Sishou Zheng, 42, of the 8000 block of Glen Ivy Court, Sacramento, was booked on suspicion of cultivating marijuana following an arrest on the 3800 block of Bald Mountain Road.

8:32 p.m., San Andreas — Justin Lee Brown, 31, of the 500 block of Angels Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury following an arrest at his home.
