TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

MONDAY

6:59 a.m., trespass/loiter — Two people were asked to leave a South Washington Street hotel but refused until an officer arrived.

8:39 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man refused to leave a South Washington Street business and said he was going to murder people and burn houses.

11:47 a.m., trespass/loiter — A man was asked to leave an Old Wards Ferry Road business after loitering in the patio area.

12:46 p.m., vandalism, property damage — A shed and several lights on a South Barretta Street property were damaged.

5:43 p.m., reckless driving — A driver was observed swerving on South Washington Street and throwing beer cans out of his window before parking in front of a business. A responding officer determined he was not driving under the influence.

7:27 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A woman urinated in front of a Mono Way business.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

7:40 a.m., Sonora — A pest control truck spilled something on Tuolumne Road.

10:47 a.m., Sonora — A faded orange or red station wagon was parked for about 30 minutes on Leland Drive while the driver and passenger smoked cigarettes.

5:55 p.m., Groveland — A man upset over a wood purchase threatened to kill a man, his caretaker and dog at a Butler Way property.

6:07 p.m., Soulsbyville — A man fully clothed in camouflage and armed with a weapon disappeared into bushes near Caylor Drive.

1:45 p.m., Sonora — Jennifer Lynn North, 34, of the 21800 block of Ferretti Road, Groveland, was booked on suspicion of accessory to crime after an arrest on the 14700 block of Mono Way.

9:10 p.m., Sonora — Ryan Lee Charleston, 34, of the 300 block of Birdwell Street, Oakdale, was booked on suspicion of possession of a narcotic controlled substance and possessing a dangerous weapon after an arrest on Old Wards Ferry Road.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

MONDAY

4:32 a.m., San Andreas — A man walked through a park on Gold Strike Road.

9:05 a.m., San Andreas — Someone threatened a dog on Russell Road. The dog later was found dead.

10:44 a.m., Avery — Nails were left in a parking spot on Highway 4.

12:09 p.m., San Andreas — People sorted through a garbage bin on East Saint Charles Street.

7:35 p.m., San Andreas — A man and woman were involved in an argument next to a vehicle parked on Fricot City Road.

10:26 p.m., Burson — A horse trailer was stuck on a Carmel Road property. The horse inside made loud banging noises before it was let loose.

4:05 p.m., San Andreas — Richard Allen Andersen, 52, of the 1000 block of Manuel Road, Arnold, was booked on suspicion of violating the terms of his post-release supervision after an arrest on Jeff Tuttle Road.
