8:35 a.m., theft — Someone shoplifted from the Sonora Express Mart on Pesce Way.

8:55 a.m., vandalism — Juveniles rolled tires down a hill and damaged a man’s windows.

11:11 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A bag of needles was found in the bushes on East Jackson Street.

12:54 p.m., theft — The “E” from the Elks Lodge sign was stolen on Elk Drive.

2:22 p.m., theft — A woman shoplifted at WalMart.

1:34 p.m., fraud — A man passed counterfeit bills at WalMart.

11:59 a.m., assault — A woman said someone ripped a necklace off her and flicked a cigarette in her face on Summit Avenue.

10:57 a.m., Twain Harte — A man going through alcohol withdrawals hallucinated on Middle Camp Sugar Pine Road.

12:08 p.m., Sonora area — A car was “embezzled” on the 14800 block of Mono Way.

12:19 p.m., Jamestown — A woman was assaulted on Peppermint Circle.

12:45 p.m., Crystal Falls — A woman said she has a picture of a man picking up and checking out her barbecue grill when nobody was home on Colorado River Drive South.

12:56 p.m., Columbia — Beer and cigarettes were left at the Columbia Pool by trespassers.

1:53 p.m., Sonora area — Cash was stolen from a man’s wallet at his house on Valley Oak Drive.

3:15 p.m., Pinecrest — A vacation cabin was broken into on Rustic Road.

3:30 p.m., Jamestown — A woman on Reservoir Road at Fifth Avenue said a strange man wearing a large gold chain necklace tried to lure her into a train shed while making sexually suggestive comments.

4:53 p.m., Tuolumne — A woman tried to get a fraudulent prescription filled from a pharmacy on Cherry Valley Boulevard.

5:38 p.m., Cold Springs — Someone passed a counterfeit $100 bill at a restaurant on Highway 108.

7:40 p.m., Mi-Wuk Village — Someone removed the screens from windows at a home on Lama Road.

11:21 p.m., Columbia — A man said another man stole money from him on North Airport Road.

7:18 a.m., Tuolumne — Mail was stolen on Yosemite Road at Hershey Road East.

10:10 a.m., Jamestown — A woman on Old Melones Dam Road said someone opened a checking account in her name and tried to steal her identity.

10:14 a.m., Sonora area — A vehicle was vandalized and the handles ripped off on Flora Lane.

11:41 a.m., Long Barn area — A “suspicious” looking family camped next to the roadway near Fraser Flat Road at Highway 108 and shot a gun close to other campsites.

12:33 p.m., Twain Harte — A woman on Scenic Drive said a man set her kitchen floor on fire and threw shoes at her.

2:17 p.m., Don Pedro — A home was vandalized on Arbolada Drive.

2:47 p.m., Tuolumne — A man in a wig asked people for money and he and a woman cursed at people in the Tuolumne Market parking lot.

5:15 p.m., Sonora area — A woman lay on the ground in a mobile home park on Jamestown Road after overdosing on heroin.

5:44 p.m., Long Barn area — A drunk woman tried to assault a man on Snow-white Ridge Road.

7:09 p.m., Columbia — A man on heroin was arrested on Columbia Village Drive.

10:13 p.m., Jamestown — A suspicious, screaming man was arrested on McKibbon Drive.

11:52 p.m., Sonora area — A woman on Mount Everest Court said a “teenaged pedophile” goes on the roof and watches her in the bathroom.
