MONDAY

1:37 a.m., public intoxication — An intoxicated person wandered in a liquor aisle at a Sanguinetti Road business.

1:18 p.m., theft — A black and green bicycle was stolen from a Fairview Lane residence.

9:51 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man ran from an officer on Elm Street and left his shoes behind.

10:19 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A person shampooed their carpet at a Greenley Road apartment and made excessive noise.

11:45 p.m., pedestrian/vehicle checks — Drug paraphernalia was found at a South Green Street business.

9:50 a.m., Jamestown — A man drank alcohol between two businesses on Main Street.

1:58 p.m., Tuolumne — A Horizon Court resident said a guitar signed by Eric Clapton was stolen from an ex-girlfriend’s residence.

2:34 p.m., Tuolumne — Four people squatted inside a Main Street home.

4:59 p.m., Big Oak Flat — A baby opossum was locked in a bathroom on Black Road.

10 a.m., West Point — Cheng Kuang Chao, 67, of the 7600 block of Rooster Fisher Way, Sacramento, was booked on suspicion of marijuana cultivation including the illegal diversion of water after an arrest on 1400 block of Argonaut Lane.

10 a.m., West Point — Nai Wang Chao, 56, of Sacramento, was booked on suspicion of marijuana cultivation including the illegal diversion of water after an arrest on the 1400 block of Argonaut Lane.

10:45 a.m., unknown — Leon L. Santos, 33, of the 5400 block of A Street, Fort Meyers, Florida, was booked on suspicion of marijuana cultivation with the illegal diversion of water and misdemeanor charges resisting a peace officer after an arrest at a marijuana cultivation site.

2:28 p.m., Valley Springs — Thomas Charles Jones, 26, of the 8000 block of Josephine Lane, was booked on suspicion of violating the terms of post release supervision and misdemeanor charges battery from a police officer, presenting false identification, resisting a peace officer and being under the controlled substance after an arrest on the 200 block of Sequoia Avenue.

2:45 p.m., West Point — Phu Minh Nguyen, 31, of the 600 block of Coyote Road, San Jose, was booked on suspicion of criminal conspiracy and misdemeanor charges cultivating more than six marijuana plants after an arrest on the 21400 block of Highway 26.

3 p.m., West Point — Nhat Tien Nguyen, 35, of the 3200 block of Blue Ridge Circle, Stockton, was booked on suspicion of criminal conspiracy and misdemeanor charges cultivating more than 6 marijuana plants after an arrest on the 21400 block of Highway 26.

5:47 p.m., Mokelumne Hill — Matthew Davis Leonard, 48, of the first block of West Saint Charles Street, San Andreas, was booked on suspicion of owning ammunition while prohibited and misdemeanor charges driving with a suspended license following an arrest on Highway 26.

9:00 p.m., Railroad Flat — David Jon Tarabochia, 46, of the 200 block of South Railroad Flat Road, was booked on suspicion of inflicting corporal injury and injuring power lines after an arrest at his home.
