9:30 a.m., controlled substances — A person walking on Bradford Avenue said a parked vehicle was emanating the odor of marijuana.

11:54 a.m., animal complaints — A gray dog was left inside a black Jeep parked on North Norlin Street for four hours.

3:14 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A man was seen lying in a Stockton Road parking lot yelling at customers.

3:25 p.m., lost, found property — A hypodermic needle was found on Dodge Lane.

5:23 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct — A person on Alpine Lane said his downstairs neighbors were being noisy while slamming doors.

8:35 a.m., Valley Springs — A generator was stolen from a Driver Road property.

11:37 a.m., Valley Springs — Air was released from tires on a car parked on Baldwin Street.

2:54 p.m., San Andreas — A person was seen on East Saint Charles Street with what appeared to be a firearm, but it was later determined to be a BB gun.

8:58 p.m., White Pines — Lights were seen on at an E Street residence that should have been vacant.
