The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

3:22 a.m., Sonora — Someone broke into a spare locked bedroom at a Highway 108 residence and fell asleep on the floor.

11:54 a.m., Jamestown — A suspicious looking man with a walking stick walked around a Martha Lane residence.

1:47 p.m., Sonora — Someone threatened to shoot a Tuolumne Road resident’s dog because it barked repeatedly.

4:56 p.m., Sonora — A Parkridge Avenue resident was concerned because she either saw deer or sea lions in her yard and was afraid they were going to attack her and her pets.

8:11 p.m., Sonora — A person on Village Drive was concerned because a man went to a meeting and asked multiple questions about her.

8:08 p.m., Twain Harte — Jedidiah Arthur Kimbro, 24, of the 16100 block of Big Hill Road, Sonora, was booked after an arrest 17900 block of Little Fuller Road.

3:26 p.m., Sonora — Sandra Lee Cole, 54, of the 14600 block of Mono Way, was booked on suspicion of keeping a place to sell a controlled substance, renting a place to sell a controlled substance, committing a felony while out on bail, and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia after an arrest at her home.

3:26 p.m., Sonora — Lindon Martin Hill, 58, of the 14600 block of Mono Way, was booked on suspicion of selling a drug for unlawful manufacturing, renting a place for the sale of a controlled substance and committing a felony while out on bail after an arrest at his home.

3:26 p.m., Sonora — Rodney Keith Kulp, 46, of the 14600 block of Mono Way, was booked on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance for sale, keeping a place to sell a narcotic controlled substance, committing a felony while out on bail and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia after an arrest near his home.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

10:41 a.m., Wallace — Mail was stolen from a Camanche Parkway South property.

2:26 p.m., San Andreas — A person believed that Germans traveling in the area of Willow Creek Road were suspicious.

6:34 p.m., Murphys — A person saw another person on the side of Highway 4 using a flashlight.

10:45 a.m., West Point — Richard Allen Kesler Jr., 52, of the 4500 block of Jewell Court, Wilseyville, was booked on suspicion of violating the terms of his post-release supervision and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance after an arrest on the 200 block of Main Street.

12:30 p.m., West Point — Rebecca Elaine Phillips, 33, of the 200 block of Main Street, was booked on suspicion of keeping a place to sell a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance for sale, manufacturing a controlled substance, criminal conspiracy, child cruelty and possession of a controlled substance with a prior arrest after an arrest at her home.

2:15 p.m., West Point — Robert Kent Miller, 53, of the 200 block of Main Street, was booked on suspicion of child cruelty and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia after an arrest on the 200 block of Main Street.

6:50 p.m., Valley Springs — Kelly Marie Siola La Mattina, 46, of the first block of El Derica Way, Lodi, was booked on suspicion of battery with serious bodily injury after an arrest on the 3300 block of Emeriff Lane.
