WEDNESDAY

12:18 a.m., hazardous situation — A sprinkler on a South Washington Street property sprayed water into the street.

8:09 a.m. assault — A man was punched in the head behind a South Washington Street business during the night.

10:57 a.m., lost, found property — A man lost his wallet at a Sanguinetti Road business.

11:36 a.m., suspicious circumstances — A man punched a guardrail and followed two women on Greenley Road.

8:07 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man in a mask and wearing gloves drove a vehicle down South Washington Street.

8:42 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man cursed while walking down South Stewart Street.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

WEDNESDAY

9:29 a.m., Sonora — Wheels and tires were stolen from a Creekside Drive property.

10:11 a.m., Strawberry — A black vehicle swerved on Highway 108.

11:41 a.m., Twain Harte — A fawn was stuck in metal fencing in front of a house on Tuolumne Road North.

8:25 p.m., Tuolumne —A woman’s sons were assaulted by other children at a park on Bay Avenue.

9:08 p.m., Tuolumne — A vehicle parked against a fence caused damage on Pine Street.

5:59 p.m., Angels Camp — A vehicle was vandalized on Whittle Road.

8:45 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Shooting was heard in the area of Hidden Valley Road.

10:12 p.m., Burson — A vehicle was parked in the grass on Camanche Parkway South.

4:08 p.m., Mountain Ranch — Theresa Marie Pitsford, 46, of the 9500 block of Cave City Road, was booked on suspicion of driving under the influence and additional misdemeanor charges being under the influence of a controlled substance after an arrest on Jesus Maria Road.
