TUOLUMNE COUNTY

The Sonora Police Department reported the following:

TUESDAY

10:18 a.m., traffic accidents — A vehicle struck a wall on South Stewart Street.

1:16 p.m., reckless driving — A vehicle tailgated another vehicle on Sanguinetti Road and changed lanes without signalling.

5:12 p.m., lost, found property — A purse containing drugs was found at a South Washington Street business.

7:06 p.m., reckless driving — A car swerved into another lane and almost hit cars on Sanguinetti Road.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

9:18 a.m., Sonora — Miscellaneous items valued at $1,200 were stolen from a business’ truck parked on Mono Way.

2:27 p.m., Sonora — A driver's license was found on a Gibbs Drive property.

4:37 p.m., Soulsbyville — A cow was in the road on Highway 108.

10:43 p.m., Jamestown — A man was shadowboxing behind a building on Rawhide Road.

Felony bookings

TUESDAY

12:26 p.m., Sonora — Jolie Marlene Esposito, 47, of Jamestown, was booked on suspicion of using a fortified room to sell a controlled substance, committing a felony while out on bail and misdemeanor charges possession of a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance paraphernalia after an arrest on the 22200 block of Parrotts Ferry Road.

CALAVERAS COUNTY

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:

TUESDAY

10:07 a.m., Arnold — People argued over a parking issue on Cypress Point Drive.

Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:

TUESDAY

1:58 a.m., Murphys — Phillip Thomas Harty, 25, of the 4300 block of Northwood Drive, was booked after an arrest on Highway 4.

10:38 a.m., Valley Springs — Dessa Lynette Frechette, 46, of the 3200 block of Dunn Road, was booked after an arrest on Highway 26.

5:19 p.m., Burson — Jon Jay McDonald, 62, of the 11700 block of Wade Lane, was booked after an arrest on Camanche Parkway.
