Thousands attend downtown Sonora parade

Judges release results in each category

The day was picture perfect for the 60th anniversary of the Mother Lode Parade in downtown Sonora Saturday.

More than 100 entries drifted down Washington Street, including past and present Rodeo Queens, school bands, fire trucks and, of course, the Tuolumne County Sheriff's Posse, which sponsors the event each year.
