The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


1:18 a.m., theft — A theft occurred at the Tuolumne County Sheriff’s Office on Lower Sunset Drive.

11:58 a.m., theft — Miscellaneous house fixtures and other items were stolen from a home on Snell Street.

2:47 p.m., suspicious circumstances — A man sad a bank on Washington Street called him letting him know that someone withdrew all his money. It was determined there wasn't a crime.

3:10 p.m., suspicious circumstances — Five framed pictures were found hidden in the bushes near a business on Sanguinetti Road.

3:27 p.m., theft — A bedroom window was opened, the screen was gone and a bag of locks was found inside a home on Ridge Road, but no items were missing.

4:31 p.m., theft — A woman said people have been tampering with her vehicles, and “tabs” have been stolen from one of the vehicles on Pine Street.

7:54 p.m., theft — A woman turned herself in after stealing alcohol from a business on Mono Way.

9:13 a.m., San Andreas — A credit card was used without authorization.

9:51 a.m., Copperopolis — A suspicious vehicle was reported on Cemetery Lane.

1:52 p.m., Valley Springs — A suspicious vehicle was reported on California Street.

2:42 p.m., Valley Springs — A suspicious vehicle was reported at Double Springs Road at Highway 26.


Cited on suspicion of driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs:


12:30 a.m., Angels Camp — Audrey Ellen Blake-Sibblis, 60, of the 200 block of Toyanza Court, was booked after an arrest on Angel Oaks Drive.

Felony bookings


3:20 p.m., Angels Camp — Mitchelle Lee Ballard, 29, of the 700 block of Mark Twain Road, was booked on suspicion of violation of post release community supervision after an arrest on the 200 block of South Main Street.
