The Sonora Police Department reported the following:


9:52 a.m., reckless driving — A person was driving recklessly on Stockton Road.

10:52 a.m., traffic accidents —A man driving a gray Ford F-150 backed into a vehicle in front of a business on Sanguinetti Road. The man evaluated the damage and left without leaving his information.

1:18 p.m., suspicious circumstances —People climbed onto the roof of a South Washington Street apartment complex, looked through the skylights and jiggled the handles of doors.

4:28 p.m., lost, found property —Blankets and belongings were abandoned under the archway of a business entrance on Mono Way.

4:56 p.m., public peace, fight, disorderly conduct —A person worked on a grey Pontiac Firebird in a carport on South Barretta Street and did not have permission to do so.

10:37 p.m., burglary —Someone attempted to break into a residence on Live Oak Drive.

The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:


9:22 a.m., Jamestown —An irate customer refused to leave a business on Main Street.

9:23 a.m., Twain Harte —Scratch-Off tickets were stolen from a business on Joaquin Gully Road.

1:24 p.m., Sonora —A reckless driver in the parking lot of a Mono Way shopping center fish-tailed their vehicle and did a doughnut.

2:19 p.m., Twain Harte —Mailboxes on East Avenue were hit with a baseball bat.

10:31 p.m., Soulsbyville —Two people believed they were being followed to a business ran out of a residence on Sherry Court.

10:46 p.m., Jamestown — A dog at a Fourth Street residence bit a person and was acting vicious.

5:10 a.m., Groveland —Crystal Gayle Hendrix, 34, unknown address, was booked on suspicion of child endangerment and misdemeanor charges use of a controlled substance following an arrest on 12700 block of Mueller Drive.

7:25 a.m., Mi-Wuk —Jerry Andrew Pello, 42, of the 22700 block of Hekeke Lane, Mi-Wuk, was booked on suspicion of threatening crime with intent to terrorize and misdemeanor charges battery and injuring a wireless communication device following an arrest on the 20700 block of Hekeke Lane.

11:23 a.m., Jamestown —Christopher Andrew Means, 21, transient, was booked on suspicion of willful infliction of corporal injury following an arrest on Sierra Avenue.


The Sheriff’s Office reported the following:


9:57 a.m., San Andreas —Tools were stolen from a property on Highway 49.

10:07 a.m., Mokelumne Hill —An unknown person attempted to break into a vehicle on South Main Street using a Slim Jim.

12:53 p.m., Valley Springs —A purse was taken from a vehicle on Pine Street.

7:29 p.m., Angels Camp — A person threw food at someone on South Main Street while they argued.

10:44 p.m., Mokelumne Hill —Two people argued on Jesus Maria Road.

11:15 p.m., San Andreas —Kimberly Jo Yarbrough, 39, of the 8900 block of Highway 49, Mokelumne Hill, was booked following an arrest on Highway 49.
